• Sift 4g of ceremonial grade matcha into a bowl to ensure a smooth texture • Add 2oz of hot water (around 170°F) • Whisk until there are no visible clumps and matcha is fully dissolved • For hot beverages, add 8oz of steamed milk or base of choice to your Navi matcha • For iced beverages, pour 8oz of cold milk or base of choice over ice and add your Navi matcha • Sweeten to taste and enjoy
